Service Plans

Routine maintenance service for your air conditioner and heater provide numerous benefits. When you book your HVAC maintenance, you are working to proactively:

• Stop breakdowns before they happen: Our techs can spot weak capacitors, failing contactors, dirty flame sensors, clogged drains, and loose wiring before they leave you without heat/air.
• Keep efficiency up (lower bills): Dirty coils, clogged filters, low airflow, and incorrect refrigerant charge can make a system run longer and cost more to operate.
• Extend equipment life: Less strain from restricted airflow, overheating, and dirty components = fewer major failures and longer system lifespan.
• Improve comfort: Proper airflow and calibration helps with hot/cold spots, humidity control, and consistent temps.
• Protect safety (especially in heating season): Verifying furnace operation, venting, gas pressures, and other safety concerns, reduces potential CO risk and other heating concerns.
• Keep warranty protection: Many manufacturers expect routine maintenance and may ask for proof if there’s a warranty claim.
• Help prevent water damage in cooling season: Inspecting and clearing the condensate drain and pan helps avoid clogs that can overflow and ruin ceilings and floors.
